The cooling effect and duration depend on the usage environment. Store the patches in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To use, cut open the pouch and remove one cooling patch. Peel off the transparent film from the back of the patch and discard it. Place the patch onto clean, dry skin on the back of your neck, avoiding hair. Reseal the pouch by tightly folding it twice to prevent the remaining patches from drying out. Store the sealed pouch in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. The patches may even be stored in the refrigerator for extra cooling, but do not store them in the freezer.
